STARTING A NEW LIST
Mail Everything can start a new mailing list for you. Let us organize your customer leads (for example: catalog requests, in-store registers, birthday club info and trade show participants) in a way that you can easily access them. Databases can also be set up and maintained by Mail Everything on our secured servers.
DATA ENTRY
Once your database is set up we can begin entering whatever information you feel is important. Our technicians offer fast turnaround time as well accurate data input. Please call for a quote.
UPDATING AND MANAGING YOUR LISTS
Once your list is completed, it is necessary to maintain and update your lists. Every month at least 10% of your mailing list will have changed, whether customers went out of business or moved locations. Standard or Bulk Mail is usually NOT forwarded.
Update features can include:
- Duplication removal
- Merge/Purge
- Suppression of names
ADDING INFORMATION TO YOUR LISTS (Appending)
We can update your lists by adding information that would be necessary for your next or future advertising campaign. For example: We can structure a program whereby we obtain the email addresses of your list customers. You now have a new and valuable access point to your customers using your original list.
